I am an Associate Professor of Public Administration and Policy (Profesora Agregada/Titular) at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). My research interests include public policies, governance, regulation, accountability, transparency, trust, European Union institutions, EU agencies and national regulatory agencies.
I obtained a PhD in Political and Social Sciences from Pompeu Fabra University in December 2013 (European Doctorate Mention). Before joining the UAB, I was a Juan de la Cierva postdoctoral research fellow at the Institut Barcelona d'Estudis Internacionals (IBEI). I have been visiting researcher at the Utrecht University School of Governance, Leiden University, University of Antwerp, the European University Institute, and the Copenhagen Business School.
My research has been published in the Journal of European Public Policy, Public Management Review, Regulation & Governance, West European Politics, JCMS: Journal of European Common Market Studies, the European Political Science Review, the Journal of European Integration, Comparative European Politics, and the International Review of Administrative Sciences, among others.
